i have the same problem as amatz ...
everything works great - but not the part catalogue
if i try to search a spare part, everytime comes the same Error-Message:
Technical Error Error reference number=Error_2011-09-22_194136
(the number of Error change everytime) no drawings, no part lists !!!
can somebody help please :-)

Problem installing IMPACT.
TT does not accept the installation (VTTCE).
do the following
1. copy the contents of the first DVD to any directory on the C :\
2. edit file config.ini
TT_BYPASS_UNSUPPORTED_VERSION = false
replace the
TT_BYPASS_UNSUPPORTED_VERSION = true
3. save
4. run the installer
