Using Nexiq USB Link 3 for Reflashing Older Hino Trucks (K-Line)
#1
I've worked on many Hino trucks and was wondering if the newer nexiq 3 usb link can successfully reflash older Hino models, especially those using K-Line communication. Currently, I'm using both DX3 and Nexiq 3 for diagnostics. If USB Link 1 is still the only reliable option for this, that's good to know—but any advice, tips, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Been wrenching on Hinos lately and curious if the new Nexiq 3 USB Link handles reflashing older models using K-Line, or if USB Link 1 remains the king. I'm juggling DX3 and Nexiq 3 for diagnostics. Thinking of the precision needed, it's almost like aiming in Ragdoll Archers - gotta get it just right! Any experienced techs out there with advice or shared experiences?
