Please help me.... no pictures

error message
" Graphics error. Please contact PC administrator to install and setup the SIS Graphics Plug Ins available on the SIS downloads page "

I was trying to download the recommended CreoView version within the program / under downloads. but not available.
i tried the new 5.1 too but no improvement.
Installation everything I did well would work just no picture.

Please help

Hello!

In the "Additional" folder, there are Sis_DejaVu and IsoView files, try installing these libraries (run as administrator), then restart the computer. It might be help.

And in general - run any installation of such programs on behalf of the administrator, since without proper rights, some libraries or program parts may not be properly written to the system.

If nothing helps, reinstall it again, or try installing it on another computer, maybe it's time to clean Windows or reinstall it.

I can't install from this folder.
error message is:
"file is corrupt"
protection is all off,
a brand new system with just 2 snowy clean windows
I installed 2x-3x again and failed and tried to install it with the new 2019.07 installer but it's not good either.
I tried to enable all flash in Exploirer, Chrom ... but nothing.

I don't know if anyone has come this way but if you can please help

Caterpillar is normally works only in Internet Explorer. Do not need to use installer from 2019/07, dont have a patch.
Install Java too, it is important.

Here are a couple of tips from the Russian forum on your topic:

1. Problem - IsoView cannot be used in Protected Mode
The solution is to go to the Internet exploler, in the top menu Tools, select Internet options, the Security tab, select reliable sites, the slider to the bottom and everything will work.
2. The problem is Graphics error. Please contact PC administrator to install and setup the SIS Graphics Plug Ins available on the SIS downloads page
The solution is to install djvuctrl-6.1.4-en-r34387.msi. Try installing the PTC Arbortext IsoView and PTC Creo View Consumer again. How many times reinstalled them, I find it difficult to say. All programs can be downloaded by opening SIS and the Downloads tab. But in the end, all the pictures are loaded fully!
