YES .. you have to install version 25 frist , activate it , then update to the 32

hallo again,i have one simple question:is there any way to work the GDS info offline and without MID?i loaded the global tis for insignia-astra j models.for the others the tis v.116 is the best,isn"t it?thanks for your time
