I format the disk and I tried to install again but the LanID for DAS and the HW-ID for Xentry changed.

The DAS and WIS keys work, in the starutils I have "save succesfully", but the xentry key doesn't work. The message in StarUtils that I have when I try to save is:
Save not succesfully
licCheckLicense Xentry Diagnostic
4- Startkey can not be decoded or scheme is not recognized, or appID unknown

The DAS installation dosen´t continue, it abort.
I think that I do something wrong. Help please.
