Anyone have any idea?

I have the exact same error while running the instnt-new under Safe Mode. I'm with Windows 7 x64. Tried everything! Any ideas would be most appreciated!

I met a problem of " Hardlock not found" when I completed the installation, have anybody can solve this issue? Thank you!

Install the program on Win7 32bit and works perfectly. Unfortunately, Man Win7 64 bit doesn't work.

As far as I know, the problem is 64-bit windows, there isn't possible to install any drivers that are unsigned, and hlemu.sys that emulates hardlock is an unsigned driver - this problem don't exist in 32-bit version - hope this helps
