You must read the instructions before installing !
If you are using Win7, disable UAC first before installing.
And run instnt-new.bat with Administrator account.
I encountered the same problems before and solved it like this.

Try it under SafeMode. But as far as i remember, this was the error given under safemode, but still, the program is working perfectly.

Only this is not the solution to the problem, because every time I will want to run the program, I will have to restart your computer and enter SAFE MODE.

I didnt say that. I ran the crack under safe mode, gave me the same error like yours, but after entering normal windows mode, the program was running perfectly.

Unfortunately, running crack in safe mode nothing could. Next the same problem. What you have Windows 7 32bit or 64bit?
