I just installed my CNH EST today and haven't used it yet. I ran the diagnostic guide setup file, and the installation was successful. However, when I run the CNH diagnostic tool, I get the error "Failed to connect to tractor." I can select different models, but I can't find any diagnostic information.

Any help would be much appreciated.
