I installed the program but in the middle "errors". It does not open.
This program works with others? Is it only update ?

I installed the program on windows 7 32 bit, and the installation is finished well. When I start screen written :

Lizenzfehler: 1.
Bitte wenden Sie sich mit dieser information an Ihren Ansprechpartner für dieses Product.
All data below are to 0.

In the installation folder there is not the file "kunde" as asked in the ReadMe on the disc.

Post order code and number incado is one problem of licence

I'm generate file and paste in: CTonguerogramm/Jungheinrich AG/Diagnose/Judit-3/Kunde

the order-key is in security client to find
the incado Nr is on the back of your box or read out with programm
