Heavy Duty Truck Diagnostic Tool Recommendation

I have several International trucks, including Maxx Force 7600 models with check engine lights on, and one that won’t start. I also have a few older International 4700 trucks.

Can anyone recommend a diagnostic scanner that is compatible with all of these trucks and is cost-effective, given that I only use it a few times a year? I’m wondering if the jpro scan tool would be suitable for my needs. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
