Hello. I have successfully loaded this program, however i have a problem with the F1 search. Using a 17 digit VIN will only narrow it down to what vehicle it is and i still have many options to choose from depending on engine code. Any suggestions here?

FI function works only, if you are connected to server of programm producer. In general only official dealers. You can ask them, if they create you a personal account. The chances are not so big.

As TestPoint says it should be installed by default with a short-cut on your desktop.
You can download just the Vin Creator, just put it in the PROG folder and make a short-cut to it?
You will find it doesn't work it just makes a text file of the data you type in from the Options sticker. As hudson44 said
