Opel EPC4 (08.11) Help - krazycart - 09-27-2011
i have followed the install instructions and have a couple of issues
1. the first is in the dos window how do you input the java commands
2. on another install when I go to launch the website at the end of the install it gives me an error 500- gme rom 1 does not exist and I did install the rom files.
both systems are win 7 professional and 32 bit.
Any help with both issues would be extremely useful.
also is there any chance of getting a better install guide.

if you did this install instruction it works...
01. Mount image with DAEMON TOOLS and follow these steps:
02. Install GMGInfrastructure \ GMGInfrastructure.msi as (Standartalone)
03. Install GMEApplication \ GMEApplication.msi
04. Install GMGLocalDB \ GMGLocalDB.msi
05. Install GMERomDB \ GMERomDB.msi
06. Copy "Configurator.jar" and "Configurator.ini" from "C:\Program Files\Snap-on Business Solutions\Global EPC\GM\Configurator"
and paste these files here: "C:\Program Files\Snap-on Business Solutions\Global EPC\GM\jre1.6.0_02\bin"
07. Run the following command from the last path:
java -jar Configurator.jar
A DOS window appear. Wait some seconds until it closes...
08. Install "1_Show_Images_Plugin.exe" from "Plugins" folder
09. Reboot your computer
10. Open Internet Explorer and enter the address of the code:
http://127.0.0.1:351/PQMace/launcher.html or http://127.0.0.1:351/PQMace (all different)
or click Start Menu / Programs / Opel Vauxhall EPC / Show URL
A window appear with this message:
EPC – Web Browser Address (URL) Users access the EPC by opening a web browser to this web address:
http://127.0.0.1:351/PQMace
Click to the above address and ENJOY
