ICOM A3 PRO+ Troubleshooting: Device Not Working - Martin56 - 08-07-2024
I’m having trouble with my ICOM A3 PRO+ device. Although I can access the ICOM via a web browser and connect to WiFi through the radar, all the LEDs remain red, and I’m unable to connect to any vehicle. I’ve completed all the internal tests with no issues.
The problem persists across three different vehicles. I’ve verified that all computers and OBD2 fuses are functioning correctly and have also inspected the USB serial cable.
Does the ICOM A3 PRO+ include an internal backup? Additionally, does anyone have the internal schematics for the device? As an electronics technician experienced in component-level repair, I’m prepared to open the device if needed.
Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
