when I enter the key above & authorize it, it say, Contact Perkins help Desk for hep, invalid license key (CK3002)

I have an error in must be EST 2010A v1.0, not EST 20010A v1.0
the code is correct, code: 042D 1A8A 911C A498 7FC6 F408
