Hi,
i changed time back to 2009 and when i run program it states that licence expired
when i change time back to 2012, program run fine but dvd data expired

do a clean install again with 2009 .. ( you have to set your PC date before you start the install )
ask the licence again here .. then attach your DATA disks ..
use date tools to keep your PC running with the current date

just upgrade data online, it will do just fine, only things it will not update is if it is asking for the historical dvds, unless you have them you are stuck, if you do have them holler, I would like a set as they are required to fully utilize this program.

when i choose update data and pick one of ag- en-200908_01
i get error
service advisor updater was unable to collect the update information
