i have noticed that the Machice Description is as my computer name, not as LOCALHOST. Can this will be the problem ??

I have installed two times, I cant acitvate it. my machine ID is LXTN03E5XH7P. I try to add license and receive this message: incorrect signature.
somebody now how to add this license?
