Yes I realise its a false/postive alert but that means I have to disable Avast while I download and extract and run the keygen?

Yes, I have Avast too, and when I run the keygen a pop-up window appear to run in safe mode
Disable your avast before runing the keygen

Everytime I enter to Tolerance Data, it ask me to write the Registration code, and now I only have 17 days of use left (after installed I had 19 days).
Do you know how to solve this problem ??

You change the date or something like that. If you have Tolerance Data installed, you must use it without change the date of your PC. I see this problems on many PC's
Uninstall, and do again a fresh installation

Yes. Many AV detect de keygen as virus os similar. It's a false/positive alert
